i have been taking 8 mg a day of suboxone for almost a year and a half
and for the last 7 days i have been taking subutex which is the same but without the blocker....does anyone know how long the blocker from the suboxone will be effective?
I went on 60mg of cymbalta for 2 days, but it made me dizzy and tired, So i went off it the third and fourth day (i had appointments and i didnt want to be dizzy all day) so i went off them for a few days and i just kept crying and crying over things that werent that bad, but at the time seemed completely devestating, I am also on 12mg of subutex, and the 3 days of non stop crying nearly sent me into relapse.
Has anyone else had an experience like this on these pills?
im worried when the time comes when i want to get off them..
Im 21..
And does anyone know if you can take Clomid with Cymbalta?
Thanks heaps if anyone answers:)
-the main reason im on cymbalta is to take the edge off for when i start lowering my subutex dose.
Thanks :)
I missed a court date (while in treatment..huh) and my bond (200$ total) has been revoked (by the D.A) and probation violated. I have been taking Subutex for pain and Xanax for severe anxiety on and off for over 5 years. There are some serious side effects when I am denied these meds especially seizures and death from the Xanax. Does anyone know how situations are handled for this? I live in Tennessee.
I have suffered with chronic neck and back pain for years due to disk and nerve problems. My Dr. switched me from oxycontin to diulaudid (4-8 mg) and it worked for the first 9 mos. or so, then I got no relief. Many people get sick on it or very itchy. I am now on a higher dosage of Percoset.
I have been taking subutex for about two years and have now come into some serious pain issues. I can find nothing that works. Has anybody had this issue while taking subutex? If so what can I take to relieve the pain??
I am 22 years old and I had my first knee surgery when I was 16 resulting from an injury that ripped out about 70% of my knee cartilidge. I had another surgery when I was 17 to try to help with the pain. I eventually got addicted to pain pills. From Tylenol 3's to Vicadin to Percacet to Oxycontin to fetanyl. I have done it all. I ended up going to rehab volunartily when i found out I was pregnant. I was then put on Subutex which is buprenorphine that blocks the brain receptors to let any opiate in (meaning even if I snorted an ounce of herion I wouldn't feel it) . The dr said Subutex wouln't harn the baby. I stayed clean. After the baby was born I was put on Suboxone. I stayed on it for a year and got pregnant again. I was put back on Subutex. I had the baby in September (remarkably on my1st daughters birthday). BOTH BABIES 100% HEALTHY! I was put back on suboxone and the suboxone is NOT working for hte cravings and my knee pain has kicked in FULL THROTTLE. I wake up in the middle of the night 2-3 times crying in pain. Its hard for me to get off the toilet without pulling myself up on the counter or getting up from picking up my kids' toys.I finally found a doctor who will switch me from Suboxone to Methadone. My appt is on the 14th. I have 2 small girls now and it is vital that I stay clean so I am switching to keep my pain under control and to keep the cravings out of my daily routine. My question to you is what dosage do you think I should go on coming from 24 mgs of Suboxone a day? (8mg 3 times a day that wasn't even working for cravings) I am thinking 3 10 mg pills a day. I just want to know what to suggest to the dr who will ultimately make the decision. I know there is big controversy and arguments about methadone vs suboxone but i have givien suboxone a good fair shot of 3 years. Its not for me. I am the type of person who is going to need to be on opiate for the rest of my life i am thinking. Any suggestions would help.
