if someone was on probation and got tested would this show up? is this a narcotic

The problems I am having Is night sweats and cramping in my hands and sometimes in my upper legs, like I am still going through withdrwal, and I have been on the subutex fo 2 months 24mg a day. When I was on the suboxone It totally did not work for me I had extream cravings for my norco (hydrocodone) I do not have any cravings while I am on the subutex, but I do have a lot of what I feel Is withdrawl symtoms, that Is why my doctor uped my dosage from 16mg to 24 mg a day but nothing has changed. Do you think I should ask to go to methadone ? Thanks If you can answer any of my questions that would be great. Jenn

I saw my doctor today and told him the librium tablets i was prescribed are having no/very little effect, and as each day goes past I am getting closer 2 goin bk 2 drinkin alcohol, he said why do u drink alcohol? and i said its for the sedative effect, i have had subutex and fentanyl before and they give me the same sedative effect as a 75cl bottle of bacardi, he said hes not sure what to do about my body craving the sedative effect. does anyone here know, what if anything the gp can do about this? I am going to visit the local alcohol support center next week, and I will mention the seditation thing, and see what they can do, I just wanna know if anyone here has any ideas of what they will/might/could do to help me out of this mess? thanks
