what is the best way to start taking subutex?

my sister just found out she was pregnant last week she is around 7-9 weeks we think,anyways she has been on 8mg suboxone and this thur the dr. said he wants to switch her to subutex(same thing w/no blocker)i personally am concerned cause its still an opiate.(opiate to get off opiates)confusing i no, but has anyone gone through a pregnancy w/subutex. And does anyone think suboxone has hurt the baby since she was taking it and didnt realize she was preg.im scared for her and want the baby to be okay...if anyone has a personal experience such as this one please let me know.... thank you

He said that if heroin addicts really wanted to they could do cold turkey for two weeks and be sorted, the pain isnt that bad. I asked had he ever taken drugs, he replied no. Does subutex really contain morphine/other related things? Is it true that after taking subutex for one week and you go for a urine test. there will be a positive result due to the subutex and not by the drugs? thanks...
